Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exclusions / non-returnable items
Some types of merchandise are not returnable, such as discounted merchandise Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Exchange
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the return is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund on your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.
